Privacy Policy
Last updated: this policy applies to phoenixfenceguide.com from the date shown on the page.
Who we are. Phoenix Fence Guide is an independent informational website about walls, fences and gates in metro Phoenix, Arizona, United States. We can be reached at [email protected].
What we collect. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not sell anything, and we do not operate a mailing list. The only information this site handles falls into two groups.
Technical information collected automatically when you load a page: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you requested, the page that referred you, and the date and time of the request. This is standard web server logging, and it exists so the site can be delivered and so we can see whether something is broken.
Information stored in your browser through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We keep that correspondence only as long as it is useful for answering you or for correcting the site, and we do not add you to any list.
Why we may process this data. To deliver and secure the website, to understand in aggregate which pages are read so we know what to update, and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
Third parties. The site is served through infrastructure providers who necessarily process technical request data on our behalf. Where an analytics tool is used, it is configured to report aggregate traffic rather than to identify individual visitors.
Children. This site is written for adult homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices and rights. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will continue to work. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable United States federal and state privacy law, including in some states the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Write to [email protected] and we will do what the applicable law requires.
Changes. If this policy changes materially, the updated version appears on this page with a new date.
